Agreement Is Objective
The increased risk of conflict in assessing the achievement of objectives, especially when objectives are unclear and the count is determined by the complexity of the objective agreement system, is reflected in the counterpart of the company. Although agreements can take any form, including tacit behavior between the parties, they are usually structured in the form of an offer and an acceptance. Single Commercial Code, § 2-204, paragraph 1. These two components are at the heart of our discussion. Note, however, that not all agreements in the broad sense of the term consist of an offer and an acceptance and that it is therefore quite possible for two people to agree without forming a contract. For example, people may agree that the weather is pleasant or that it would be better to go out for Chinese food than to watch a foreign movie; Under no circumstances was any contract concluded.
